Install HOUND OS™ on your phone.

HOUND OS™ installs directly from your browser as an app — no app store required. It opens full-screen, keeps its icon on your home screen, and loads its shell even on a weak field connection.

iPhone & iPad — Safari

  • Open houndos.co.za in Safari
  • Tap the Share icon
  • Tap "Add to Home Screen"
  • Tap "Add" — HOUND OS™ now opens like an app

iOS requires Safari specifically — the install option doesn't appear in Chrome on iPhone.

HOUND OS™

Android — Chrome

  • Open houndos.co.za in Chrome
  • Tap the menu (⋮) in the top right
  • Tap "Install app" or "Add to Home screen"
  • Confirm — HOUND OS™ installs like any app

Chrome sometimes shows an install banner automatically — you can tap that instead.

HOUND OS™ is not currently listed on the App Store or Google Play — this install method is the current release.
